The most distinctive characteristic of this leadership is that feedback is exchanged up to and down. Every person has a clear voice. Democratic leadership is among the most favored forms of leadership and includes justice, integrity, innovation, bravery, intellect, and loyalty.

Strategic leadership is an approach that includes a leader who represents an institution. The strategic leader is not confined to those at the top of the company. This model is intended for a broader demographic at all scales who would like to establish a high-performance team.

The strategic leader closes the space between the demand for new opportunities and the need for convenience by offering a customary range of practices. Successful strategic leadership provides services in consideration of what the company requires of its management in circumstances of the change. Strategic leaders foresee potential issues by collecting feedback and taking immediate action to address those expectations.
