  5. Select “CD Configuration” folder and copy it.
  6. Go to another drive where iTunes is installed.
  7. Paste “CD Configuration” folder in the same directory as iTunes.
  8. Restart your Computer and check if the error is fixed.

02. Repair iTunes Setup

When you paste CD Configuration folder at the same directory as iTunes, iTunes should now be able to locate the CD Configuration folder. If you are still facing the same error then you need to perform two tasks i.e. Move CD Configuration folder to Desktop and Repair iTunes Setup.

  1. Open “My Computer” or “This PC.”
  2. Then open C Drive i.e. Local Disk C.
  3. Go to Program Files and open the iTunes folder.
  4. Cut the “CD Configuration” folder and Paste it on the Desktop.

[II] Repair iTunes Setup

  1. Open “Start Menu” and select “Control Panel.”
  2. Go to “Programs and Features.”
  3. Select “iTunes” and click on the “Repair” option.
  4. Repair iTunes Setup and Restart the computer.
